
This is a more active Free Throw Shooting Drill than tradition.
Free throw shooter gets 3 shots. The four players at the four top spots of the key will Box In and Box Out to try to get the ball. The two players on the block will practice their shots from the key: Bigs will do the Putback Drill and smaller players will practice their low release layups with spin to work on different angles to safely throw the ball against the glass. Rotate clockwise after every shooter finishes. This drill focuses on the following skills: Free Throws (with distractions) Boxing In Boxing Out Competing for Rebounds Putbacks Layups
