THIS WORKOUT IS ONLY TAKING PLACE ON HALF COURT Stretch Use our regular dynamic Stretches (Stretch to half court / Jog back to the baseline) High Knees Butt Kicks Slow Defensive Slide stretch Knee to Chest Any other stretches necessary Ball Handling Stationary 2 Ball Pound dribbles 2 sets x 25 Dribbles (30 sec break) 2 Ball Bullet Dribbles 2 sets x 40 Dribbles Total (30 sec break) 2 Ball in and Out Dibble 2 sets x 25 Dribbles (30 sec break) Mobile Dribbling 5 cones starting at half court (Left Hand finish) Crossover 3 times through MAKE 5 Free Throws Water Break 3. Mobile Dribbling Continued Rake through / One Dribble Pullup at the wing 3 sets x 5 makes 2 FREE THROWS in between each set 4. Rhythm Shooting Back and forth shooting Make 6 jumpers at the free throw line 3 set x 6 makes 2 FREE THROWS in between each set
