
1 - Jogging down and back: right hand down, left hand coming back. 2 - Skipping down and back: right hand down, left foot skip. Lift and land on left. Left hand coming back, right foot skip. 3 - Heavy foot down and back: right hand down, left foot pause step. Left hand coming back, right foot pause step. 4 - Zig zag down and back: pull the ball back with hand exchange cross, between the legs or under the back. You can combine the 3 options. 5 - Zig zag thru legs (stepping): the same drill as before, using between the legs, but stepping instead of skipping.
