
short pass and long pass very simple, 1 player on each cone. the ball starts at the top left corner. the ball is thrown allong each arrow and after a player passes the ball, they follow the arrow and run to the next cone. as the flow develops, add an extra ball. as it gets better add a 3rd ball and even a 4th. see how many you can get without making the drill messy. you can also put two deffenders on the middle cones which forces middle cone players to make movement but only do this with 1-2 balls in play.
use the chest pass. ball starts at the chest and extend the elbows out as you throw. make movement between cones quick and be aware of the next ball coming your way .
