This is a drill where half the team dribbles up the floor with one hand, turns, and dribbles back down the other way with the other hand.
This should be done at full speed by half the team (I felt it only necessary to draw one batch of up and back for this animation) to develop familiarity with ballhandling while pushing the ball. After exactly one minute, the buzzer will sound. If the player's partner is in front of them when the buzzer sounds, they will chest pass the ball to them with no bounce. If the partner is behind them, they must reverse pivot and fire the ball from wherever they are. After the pass, the passer will run at the new ballhandler and take a swipe at the ball. The new ballhandler must make a move to blow by the new defender with some sort of crossover (always keeping the ball low) and push the ball. NOTE: The more the ballhandler keeps the ball in front of them when they push the ball, the faster they will go. COACH'S NOTE: If any of the 5s or 4s are struggling with this much dribbling, we can have them focus more on the Power Dribble.
