DESCRIPTION

  1. Run straight lines.
  2. Pass the ball through the line and the last person pops it to the waiting player at the corner where he ends up.
  3. Red starts and takes the position of blue.
  4. Blue runs straight and passes and blue nr. 4 pops it to the waiting yellow player.

COACHING POINTS

  1. Two hands catch and pass.
  2. Hands up and out.
  3. No soccer goalie catches.
  4. Timing of the receiver.
