All players must maintain 3m spacing at all times.
The attacking team can pass or kick to a team-mate in any direction inside of the grid.
The defending team can try to intercept passes but not kicks.
The attacking team is told by the coach how many passes they must make in a sequence, this can include a number of required kicks or only hand passing.
Intercepted or dropped passes or dropped kick catches result in a turn-over.
Knocked down or failed intercepts by the defenders results in that player leaving grid for a count of 20.
Encourage the players to find space and talk to each other at all times.
