QUALITA' SUL PASSAGGIO

I giocatori vengono posizionati davanti alla recinzione a distanze variabili in base alle categorie:

U06 = 6 m

U08 = 8 m

U10 = 10m

Ogni giocatore sulla parete trova un bersaglio di riferimento.

Al segnale del tecnico per 60 secondi l'atleta deve:

  • tirare il pallone nel bersaglio
  • Correre e recuperare il proprio pallone
  • Tornare al cono di riferimento
  • Ripetere la sequenza
  • Memorizzare il numero di bersagli corretti.
  • Ripetere 4 volte

 

COACHING POINTS

  • Passaggio a due mani
  • Stimolare i giocatori a posizionare il corpo e i segmenti in modo ottimale
  • Stimolare i giocatori a trovare un movimento consono
  • Educare al recupero immediato della palla
  • Annotare solo la prestazione migliore
