The attacker will start by running over the ladder where they will come head on with a defender who they have to get orund/passed, Once the attacker has got passed the first defender they will then run to the orange cone where they will have to beat another defender before heading to the blue cones where the drill ends.
This session is effective as helps players stay calm under pressure as they will be coming head on with defenders in the drill so they can practice different ways to get round/passed as effectivley as possible.
