One Grid at a time
Forwards Shape: Forwards will practice their Outside/Inside (O/I) against real life defence. There will be two pods of Four (like a game). it will be continious until they score.
Backline Play: will be the backs running their starter plays. Once a tackle is made a new pod from 10-15 (pending on numbers) will jump in and go again. Players will nominate what position they are.
Defenders is likley to outweigh the attackers in numbers
Aim of Forwards v Backs:
Real life contact between forwards and backs. Support and ball retention is crucial. Forwards have to work in pods, backs need to support man going to the ground.
