1st attacking player clears out white defender with takle shield. Ensure proper technique is used in this with strong leg drive through conact area.
Supporting attcking player attempts to seal ruck ensuring ball does not go beyond back foot. Ensure players keep heads up when initally sealing.
Supporting defending player (white) attempts to counter ruck.
