DESCRIPTION

key words to understand:

pre set - this is a set formation that we will stick to unless the call suggest other wise

pod - pods where something that singers and Darren didn't really explain well. a pod is a group of forwards or backs in a group of 3 a ball receiver in the middle and a plus and minus on either side. this means ideally the ball goes to the middle man. the purpose of the plus and minus is for a tip or to automatically go into the ruck sealing off the ball quickly.

to summaries this drill the 9 passes to the pod with the 10 standing behind them which would make a dimond formation. the pod will then take it into contact or tip before contact.
