Players must start on their stomachs facing in with the ball in the middle. The time trial begins when the coach blows their whistle and they must create a breakdown at each of the pads. The players on the pads then swap over and must try and beat the other teams time.
Team should be given a 5 second penalty if same player carries the ball into contact more than once.
