Passing and Catching (in pairs)
Hold ball at narrow end, fingers spread. Swing ball from side of body, step in follow ball with fingers. "wave goodbye to the ball"
Catching
Hands out to meet ball, pull ball into body.
Switch
In pairs get the teams to run around marked area, dodging other players as they run. On the command of Switch they will pass the ball three times to each other while on the run. Continue this for a few minutes.
