Team of 5 starts with the ball and has to score against the one defender. Player with ball is encourgaed to avoid contcact but draw the defender and pass to team mate in space.
The player that scores then joins the defender to make it 4 v 2 and the game retstarts.
Contiue as before until the game becomes 3 v 3
