first player does 5 down&ups sprints to the next cone while picking ball and passing to his right.
when he gets to this cone he now has a team mate in support on the cone to his right, both players do 4 down&ups before sprinting to next set of cones, again player one passes to player 2. next set of cones 3 down&ups, next set 2 down&ups.
This continues until there is 4 attacking players. once player 1 picks the ball after the last set of down&ups the defense rush up and forces the attacking team to make a decision , the attacking team have a support runner on the outside(wing position) this forces the defense to communicate and shuffle out if the ball reaches that player.
This is working strength, stamina, concentration, handling skills. After a few sessions remove bags and bring into contact.
