DESCRIPTION

  • Pitch will be set up in a rectangle shape on the 5, half and 22 meter line. Full contact game fully contestable. When the coach shouts switch they must change the direction that they're playing in e.g. up and down to left and right. Forces both attacking and defending teams to get organised quickly.
  • Condition is that if a try is scored as a direct result of ABC, team gets two points and only 1 if not.
  • Playing to the normal rules of rugby, turnovers can happen as a result of a knock on, score, interception etc.
