Rugby Drill Demonstration


4 players, 2 working, 2 resting/replacing tackle tubes

Together lift a tackle tube

Then run an tackle another tackle tube to the floor

Pop back up, run to the lift


Work for 2 mins then switch with resting pair

Repeat for as many reps as needed

Keeping lifting technique while tired

Quick line-out lifting, should be able to execute well as soon as they're both there

Teamwork in pairs

Extension; lift a person who is also tackling a tube.
