Qiuck step threw the ladder or slalom the cones or jump the hurdels. Get in to flat back low body pos with a wide stance between the legs. Ruck over the tackling bag, counter ruck the opponent with the hand held tackling pad. Win the ball back.
Low body pos
collision force with maintaned body alignment but sligthly upwards.
Stay on your feet while grabbing the ball.
