Creating a square have a group of attackers and defenders on either side of the box. Have a large tackle bag in the middle and the attacking team with a tackle shield on them. The attackers will hold the shield down by their legs and run forward and choosing to go left or right of the tackle bag. The defender will have to watch the run of the attacker and adapt themselves to tackle them. We are trying to get the players to hit low and to adapt themselves to naturally hit low. As it goes on you can take away the shield and have a full contact tackle.
