This is a speed agility test, this includes groups of 4, 1 person will start in the middle of a square with the corners outlined with a cone of different colour. one person at a time from the sidline when not completing the test will call out a colour, the person in the middle must run to that colour cone as quick as possible and will need to touch the cone and be back in the middle before the next colour is called. this is a time trial, one person from the outline will need to count how many cones are touched within a two minute time period. Once two minutes is up the player in the middle will join the people on the side and a side liner will move into the middle. Rinse and repeat untill each person has completed the activity has been completed 3 times per person.
