DESCRIPTION

Baseball Rugby - Kicking Skills:

  1. Mark out a field as shown in Diagram - 30m wide and 40m long. Small Square -> Home, Large Square - Safe Zone. The red cones mark a channel which earns double points if player return homes through one of these channels
  2. Split into two team.
  3. Player must kick ball which must land just once inside the field and the run to safe zone. He can run home if he dares.
  4. Defenders - if they catch the ball with out it bouncing - the kicker is out
  5. Defenders - can pass or kick - their goal is hit the kicker with the ball before he reaches the safe zone or home
