Call the attacking team to a colour cone on the defence side.
2 Players start inbetween the yellow cones.
Call support players from cones to go with either the defence or the attack depending on players ability inbetween the yellow cones.
If tackled retain the ball as if it was a ruck set up accordingly.
Let a contest exsit at the ruck there will be pleanty.
If attacker is unable to beat opponent in yellow box call orange cone only to support him. Call orange and Blue if necessary.
If defender is weak call red/green to give him a hand.
