Set up a small curcuit that includes Shuttles, Passing, Bear Crawls and Tyre Pushes. Players will go in teams of 4 All starting lined up behind Shuttle area.
Station 1 - Starting laying on the ground 3 x Shuttle runs going down to floor each time.
Then in their group, passing the ball down the line.
Followed by a 15m Bear crawl
Finally a 10m Tyre push.
Team join the back of the line to go again.
