Fitness - Gases (10 mins)

  • 2 mins work, 30 secs rest

Skills - No look pass (10 mins)

Fitness - 400m Run (10 mins)

  • Forwards run, backs rest, backs run, forwards rest

Skills - Ball retention + presentation (15 mins)

  • Option 1 - lie on ball before presentation
  • Option 2 - 360 roll before presentation

Fitness - Gases (10 mins)

  • 2 mins work, 30 secs rest

Skills - Two attacking lines (20 mins)

  • Option 1 - supporting lines either side of 12.
  • Option 2 - 10 passing to 11 at depth (2nd attacking line)

Fitness - 400m run

  • 2 runs for backs + 2 runs for forwards
