Improving the ability of catching a high ball.
1. Get players in a group of 3, 1 with ball and 1 with tackle shield.
2. The player with the ball stands behind the player with the tackle shield, whilst the player without the ball stands in front of the player with the tackle shield.
3. Player with the ball throws it up high over the player with the tackle shield.
4. The player with out the ball runs and jumps to catch the ball.
5. The player with the tackle shield walks forwards to provide that bit of pressure.
Make sure the catcher ATTACKS the ball and leads with the knee into the pad.
Ensure they turn on landing so its easier to presnet the ball if needs be or the ball goes backwards if dropped.
