Rugby: Catch, Pass and Breakdown

Description

Players line up on four different cones.

Pass down the line and back to first ball carrier before other side.

Wrap around and through gate.

Inside passes at pace with last player hitting shields with a support player.

next arriving player pass wide to last player.

Then all up and around far post and back. (sprints).

Catch pass and pace and accurate.

All players wrap and through gate.

Inside passes taking the space.

Hit shields hard and always have support players.
