On the whistle players with the ball must try and score on either line between the blue cones. Defender must come off their cone and try and get a 2 handed touch on the attacker.
Progress to holding tackle or full tackle
Encourage the attacker to use foot work to off set the defender and get to either line.
When contact is introduced encourage attacker to use fend to keep the space to get to the try line
