Rugby Drill Demonstration
A grid where we work on passing skills, Upper and Lower body warm up and agility skills.
Starting on the Red cones the player will pass to which ever way the coach instructs.
Once the player has made the pass the complete which ever exercise is infront of them towards the centre cone
Once around cone they jog backwards towards the blue cone then turn in the direction they passed the ball and joing the next line.
- There will be 4 rounds of the drill and with 2 sets in each round which will be the upper and lower warm ups and some fundimental movement exercises.
