3 attachers on each channel at one end and3 defenders at one channel on other end.
Ball passed to one channel attackers. They run forward & go to ground then ruck against defenders & try to get past the centre cone.
Defenders then move to other channel and new attackers repeat in their channel.
Extension is ball player and one other hit up together as a duo & form maul; third takes the ball
1. Player go to ground and push forward; place ball back
2. Pick and drive
3. Low body position (rugby ninja)
4. Clearing out ruck / maul
