DESCRIPTION

This is a video that I made in my first year of university for a bit of fun and to get people to attend our touch sessions.

The footage was shot on an iPhone and edited using iMovie, meaning that the quality could be improved through the use of a proper video camera. The video could be improved further by filming using a tripod instead of propping the phone or camera against a wall on the floor, as this would mean that there wouldn't be as much of the floor in the shot. Also in an ideal situation there would be someone to hold the camera rather than pressing record and then leaving it as this would give greater flexibility to the shot, and would also make editing easier as the clips would be shorter.

The use of time lapse and slow motion is good for a video that was shot for fun, however this may not be useful if the video was being used to coach a technique. Also the editing of the video to fit with the music is good, in particular at the beginning.
