Two teams, pitch 50 by 30. Start fullcontact (small 30 mtrs& deep - 50 mtrs) after tackle is made two players from each team allowed to support but first need to go down. Tackler and tackled player role away or get BIG. Rest of ALL players go back 3 mtrs. After playing for a while change field (wider 50 mtrs & shorter 30 mtrs)

Attacker: ABC, protectball, work on ground
Defender: angle of run, keep feet allive, close, sholder, disspaering late, squeze, leg drive
Support: decision: who is first? entree point, body over ball, stay on feet!
