• Upon hearing call defenders must run and touch the relevant line before running to rejoin the game
• Whilst defenders are running to touch their line, attackers must turn their back on the defenders and give the ball to the coach. When the defenders are almost back in position the coach should either throw or roll the ball back to the attacking team to restart the game
• Progression – Coach can introduce a visual clue instead of an vocal cue so that the attackers have to react to an unknown type of defence
