The players pass the ball to each other like a normal handling drill except this time the middle player standing in the opposite side shoots up. This creates a pressure pass from the player running in the middle to the player on his right hand side.
The middle defender shoots up when the attacking side starts to pass and try and catch the player in the middle with ball and all.
