Split the team into two and have them line up between the red marker. Have a defender between the two blue markers that are 1m apart. The players in the line will run one at a time at my call and attempt to go pass the defender on the opposite side. Then switch the defender with whom just attacked. On their first two goes have them run through normally. The next to goes have them attempt twisting and the last two have them attempt spinning
