DESCRIPTION

Pulse Drill

Multiple Set up

Player stands at start

On Whistle Sprints to Blue Cone rotates around the cone clockwise

Sidesteps onto Yellow cone turns clockwise so now facing start/finish line

Side shuffles across to white cone rotates around the cone in anti-clockwise direction so now his/her back is facing start/Finish

Shuffles across to center blus cone rotates the cone anti clockwise

Sprints to red cone rotates the cone anti-clockwise

Backwards to the finish

Reps 4 Intensity 80%

Recovery 180 secs
