Rugby: Copy of Team Defence - Step 3

Description

After players have worked for 2-3 mins, Coach will blow whistle & Call a colour (in this case Green.

Players will run to Greeen ruck, getting their Pillars, A's, B's & C's and filling in from there, depending on numbers.

Anyone after 'C' can call D, E, F - Doesn't really matter.

Coaching points

• Wait until defence is set properly, calling "Hold, Hold" before they turf.
• Keep line integrity & Spacings are most important.
• This drill will not work without lots of chat (Defening Noise levels preferably.)
