DRILL TO WORK ON FAST FEET AND EVASION/SIDESTEP

  • TWO FOOT JUMP OVER HURDLES
  • SIDESTEPS THROUGH POLES
  • TWO FEET IN EACH RUNG IN LADDER

ONCE THROUGH THE OBSTICALS AT THE RED CONE THE COACH WILL BE STANDING WITH A TACKLE BAG. WHEN BALL CARRIER GETS CLOSE TO COACH THEY WILL LEAN THE PAD TO EITHER SIDE, PLAYER WILL HAVE TO REACT AND SIDE STEP TO CHANNEL OPPOSITE SIDE .
