7 minute fitness test to give coaches a level of players fitness.

Start point touch line on stomach

run out to 5m around cone run backward to start point drop to stomach. (repeat 3 times)

then run to 10m 5 press ups return to start point drop to stomach repeat 3 times.

run out to 20m run back to start point drop to stomach repeat 3 times.
