DESCRIPTION

Rules:

  • Players can pass in any direction.
  • Players must make rugby passes only.
  • Players can run with the ball.
  • Players can win a turnover by making a below the waist & two handed touch the ball carrier or by making a tackle on the player with the ball.
  • The ball is turned over for non rugby passes and anytime the ball hits the floor.
  • To score a player must catch or run the ball in the try zone and all attackers are in the zone.
  • The team with the ball can only be in possession in the try zone for up to 10 seconds before a turnover is given or they have to leave the zone and re-enter.
