Split the squad into 2 equal team. get the teams to form 2 lines laying face down, heads towards each other about 5 meters apart.
Assign each player in the line a number.
When that number is called, that numbered player from each side needs to get up, race around the cone, pick up the ball, and sprint to the try line.

first player goes to ground and pops the ball to the 2nd supporting player.
