Worker makes strong lead to first thrower, recieves pass and returns pass.
Worker then makes a strong change of directions and leads to second thrower. Recieves and returns pass.
Strong hard leads to thrower. Don't vear off to the side
Running onto the ball, not pulling up short
Return passes should be proper passes not just giving the ball back
