Organization- Scholars will match up evenly across the baseline.
Description- Every Scholar will partner up facing each other with a distance of 10 feet between each other. One scholar is holding the ball, the other is giving a target for the pass by showing hands. On every pass whether its chest or bounce the receiver is showing a target to prevent injuries and awful passing.
Coaching points- Coaches must emphasize the thumbs down palms down segment of the pass for accuracy. Coaches must also emphasize the step through on each and every pass for balance and accuracy. After each and every pass, scholars should pose putting emphasis on the thumbs down, palms down with the step through.
Progression- After a while, scholars should feel confident and making passes fluently with accuracy.
