All Scholars will be in 5 circles of 5 or 6 (depending upon how many scholars are in class)
Each scholar will have a basketball
Quick introduction and instruction for the following direction and progression.
Description:
Scholars will swiftly go to their assigned lines behind a cone.
Scholars will stand in line waiting for the whole class to get into their assigned groups
One group will go at a time so all scholars notice what there peers are doing right and wrong
Scholars will toss the ball up above their head, jump up, catch the basketball at its highest point and bring themselves down with the basketball below their chin with elbows out to protect the basketball
