Players will be divided into 4 groups. They will need to driblle from one baseline to the other baseline. Moves to do,
- Left dribble (all the way)
- Right dribble (all the way)
Everytime they reach a cone they need to perfrom this move
- Crossovers
- In and out
- Behind the Back
- Between the legs
- Spin move
- Pivot moves
Everytime players dribble, they are encourage to look up and always protect the ball. Game speed everytime and not walking or jogging.
