2vs 2 games will be used where it’s a free-flowing game, I will put on a condition of the players can only score after a V`Run has been performed, hopefully encouraging all the participants to use the attacking approach in game-like situations.
· Step and drop the shoulder before pushing off with the foot stepped first, push off the opposite direction of the dropped shoulder and sprint into the key to trick the defender to drop off and stay in the defence zone which Is located inside the key. .
· Using quick changes in pace and direction, sprint back out to the 3pt line quickly ask for the ball. Or Drive to the basket and get the ball inside the key.
· Head up and always run into space within the attacking half. Also look and plan the run ahead look for openings in the key.
· If the run is coming from a screen- Player should again drop the shoulder and push off the other direction. However, when the screening player comes to set the screen the teammates should brush against each other’s shoulder to help create the most effective screen allowing more time away from the defenders.
