The kids on the left go in for the lay-up but the kids on the left are now rebounding the shots. After the shot goes up, the shooter will go to the rebounding team and the rebounder will go to the shooting team because they now have the basketball.
Make sure the shooter does not go for the rebound as the idea is to let someone help in a situation like that in basketball. They also shouldn't go for the rebound because, once they shoot, they should be heading to the other team.
