Place 2 cones on the left and right elbow.
Start in front of the right cone facing away from the basket with the ball spin the ball behind the cone run to it catch it pivot towards the basket and sweep the ball low and fast and dribble into the post quickly do a crossover and complete a layup. Once you have completed the right hand layup do the same thing with the left cone and left hand now instead.
Complete 10 layups with each hand.
