- The Bue will start a bit in front of the red player. he must dribble fast and score at the rim while the red player chases them down.
- over time add more players to the drill and eventually have a 5v5 fast break
- the ball carrier should have a controlled dribble and they should jump up insstead of foward.
- the red player shouldnt try to get the block rom the start, they should just stay behind the ball carrier and make noise as they go for the shot. as the drill progresses they should try to get the block.
