Everyone gets a ball and finds a space in the hall. Everyone gets instructions to dribble the ball and try and sit down while dribbling and keeping their head up. Also get told to go on tiptoes.

COACHING POINTS

  • Keep feet shoulder width apart
  • Keep your head up to look where your dribbling
  • Bend your knees to keep balance
